Meet the Finalists, one of our most important and inspiring events of the year, is just around the corner. This year it will be virtual (again) but the format will be a little different. In June we held a listening session with our current grantee partners to learn from them how we could improve our process to create a better experience for applicants. Based on their feedback, each finalist will have a seven-minute interview with a girlfriend (the fabulous Vicky Trabosh!) during which they will share more about their organization and the work they are doing. The interview style is meant to put everyone at ease so they are able to focus on conveying their mission, goals, hopes, and dreams.

This is a unique opportunity for all of us to hear directly from the finalists being considered for this year’s Impact Awards. Let’s show our support and enthusiasm for these organizations by showing up and opening our minds and hearts to learn from them. Voting begins at the conclusion of this virtual event held on October 24th from 3-5 pm.
