We are pleased to welcome the following individuals to our Governing Board!

Tina Romine - Secretary
Tina has been a girlfriend since 2020. She works for Bank of America in Global Regulatory Relations and has an accounting background and an MA in Accounting. Tina has served on the Coordinating Council since 2021 as well as the Operations & Finance Committee.

Agnes Zach - Philanthropy Representative:
Agnes joined ninety-nine girlfriends in 2021, however she has been an informal advisor since the organization began. Agnes served as Executive Director of Willamette Valley Development Officers (WVDO) from 2008-2019 and is now CEO of Nonprofit Professionals Now, a company of WVDO that is focused on staffing nonprofits. Agnes has a deep knowledge of the non-profits in our four-county region and also is an expert in board governance.

Tong Zhang - Member at Large
Tong has been a member of ninety-nine girlfriends since joining as a Fellow in 2018. She has been engaged in many roles within the organization including working on the annual survey, as ballot master, and recently as part of the racial equity planning team. Tong is also a member of the Membership Committee. Tong is the Executive Director of Oregon MESA, a non-profit that works to advance equity in STEM education.
