Many of our new and continuing Fellows, Fellows grads, and program leaders got to meet each other at an in-person event, co-hosted by Year 2 Fellow Liz Starke (Development Director at grantee partner Rose Haven) and recent Fellows grad Mikayla Posey (Manager at the Hostel Cafe right across the street). A few of us also took a walk, thanks to Year 2 Fellow Kathleen (Kay) Porcello, at the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge.

Want to have fun with us? The program is still in the process of matching Fellows with mentors from among the membership. Ideal candidates have an interest in helping the Fellows connect with new people in and beyond the girlfriends; have expertise in one of the Fellows' areas of interest like fundraising, nonprofit finance, communications, event planning, or coaching/counseling; and have about an hour a month between now and next May to dedicate to this volunteer role.
