Fellows Program Co-Lead
Serves as a co-Lead for the Fellows Program (2-year term; 1 in training and 1 doing the training so we don’t lose institutional knowledge). The Fellows Team is part of the Membership Committee which meets once per month most months of the year.

ESSENTIAL TASKS
Conducts outreach for Fellows applicants January/February
Organizes team interviews and makes offers to applicants March
Organizes Fellows Orientation May/June
Recruits Mentors for Fellows (with help from other leaders) and orients them to the program March/April
Plans quarterly professional development series
Organizes the Fellows “graduation” with assistance of second-year Fellows April
Attends monthly Membership Committee meetings as appropriate

TIME COMMITMENT
The busiest time of the year for the Fellows Team is March when it could take 2-5 hours a week depending on how you work and how many people are on the team. Other months it can be <1 hour/week up to 2 hours/week.
