The Membership Committee is looking for women to join the connector team to reach out and connect with our newer members (girlfriends who joined in 2020 or 2021). We want all members to feel welcome, adored, engaged, included, appreciated and attached. We realize that can be harder for newer members, particularly with everything being virtual the past year.

Connectors will have a small list of new members to periodically reach out to via phone or email to:

Make an initial one-to-one connection
Communicate upcoming events
Say “Hi” in the chat if those events are virtual
Seek them out if the event is in person (someday!)
Guide new members on how to become more engaged in our volunteer opportunities

This is a great opportunity if you don’t have a lot of extra time but would like to do something more than pay and vote. Extroverts and introverts welcome!
