Raphael House of Portland received an exciting grant recently that will allow them to purchase personal care items – which they’ve been going through faster than ever this past year – in bulk for the families in their programs. Focus is on everyday essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes and toothpaste, tampons and pads, deodorant, etc. They’re hoping to stretch this funding as far as possible, so are looking for a business connection that would enable them to buy items wholesale or even at a discount.
