In its fourth year, our Fellows Program was created to welcome the diverse voices and perspectives of young women ages 20-35, and to provide an educational and networking opportunity for them.
Applicants should reside in our four-county region (Clark, Clackamas, Multnomah, Washington) and demonstrate a commitment to learning about philanthropy and the needs in the community. We encourage women of all ethnic backgrounds to apply.
This program requires a three-year commitment. The membership contribution of $1,100 is partially subsidized at decreasing levels over the three years. Fellows pay $100 in year one, $250 in year two, and $500 in year three.
Fellows participate as full voting members of ninety-nine girlfriends and are expected to be actively engaged in our organization in at least one way each year. Fellows have the opportunity of being partnered with a mentor each year which provides a learning opportunity for both girlfriends and encourages interacting with the full membership.
Interested parties – humans who identify as women – are asked to submit a Fellows Application by March 7. Interviews will take place March 10 and 11 and selections will be made on or before March 18.
Thanks for sharing this info with anyone you think may be interested. We are looking forward to another great year of partnership with the Fellows! Contact us with questions.
