I joined ninety-nine girlfriends as a Fellow in 2019 and work on a few different not-for-profit initiatives around Portland. In 2017, I co-founded an international non-profit that collaborates with local communities on projects that benefit women and girls. Currently I work as a project manager on a financial literacy campaign for young adults, and as a consultant for an education abroad program that provides immersive learning experiences on solutions to climate change.

I joined ninety-nine girlfriends as a Fellow in 2019. With 10 years of experience working in philanthropy, my true passion is connecting individuals to non-profits and causes they care about deeply. I am fortunate to do just that in my daily work as a Donor Engagement Officer for Habitat for Humanity Portland/Metro East. It was through Habitat that I learned about ninety-nine girlfriends, as a semi-finalist, in the last grant cycle. After attending the first info-session I was hooked and knew I wanted to join this group of amazing women who are collectively empowering incredible local non-profits and our community.

I am excited to join ninety-nine girlfriends as a Fellow this year! Originally from Kingman, Arizona, I moved to Portland in 2011 to study both German Studies and Communication Studies at the University of Portland. After graduating, I taught English in Germany as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant, in addition to leading refugee programs in Frankfurt. I returned to Portland in 2017 to work for Portland Tennis & Education, a non-profit that creates a fair learning and playing field for underserved youth through tuition-free, year-round programming. As their Assistant Director of Development, I focus on event planning, grant writing, and volunteer management.
